Whether optimising customer journeys or driving personalised marketing strategies, you'll play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse eCommerce trends, customer interactions, and sales performance
Develop a Single Customer View (SCV) to drive deep customer insights
Build propensity models for churn, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
Maintain data integrity & governance to ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with key stakeholders to turn insights into business impact

What You'll Need:
Expertise in Google Analytics(Ecommerce), Tableau/Power BI, SQL and Excel
Strong analytical skills with a commercial & strategic mindset
Experience in eCommerce performance tracking OR marketing/customer analytics
