Our client has an internal sales methodology designed to support its global sales process from pre-sales to post-sales within DX and DME. The current specialist managing this framework will be on paternity leave for four months. Therefore, a temporary specialist is needed to oversee strategy execution, ongoing maintenance, and alignment with cross-functional teams and field sales.

The selected candidate will:
- Engage for a period of 4-6 months.
- Assess the current pre-to-post sales methodology, identifying gaps in handoffs, roles and responsibilities, and data management between teams.
- Implement updates to the methodology, including tools, messaging, and enablement strategies.
- Align cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Technical Sales, Professional Services, and Partners) to ensure a seamless pre-to-post sales process.
Deliverables
- End-to-End Sales Process integrated with the methodology from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Gap Analysis & Action Plan to streamline field requirements, improving deal progression from Sales Stage 0 to Sales Stage 10.
- Roles & Responsibilities Framework defining key requirements.
- Change Management Plan to facilitate adoption of updates.
Skills & Experience
- Required Expertise: Business Process Management
- Language Requirement: English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Patents/Publications/Veteran Status: Not required
