Oracle EPM Consultant
Contract: 6-Month Contract, Inside IR35
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Rate: Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a key transformation project, supporting the implementation and optimisation of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions. The role is remote, with occasional travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting modules.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Oracle EPM applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle EPM architecture and design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle EPM environment, providing timely solutions.
  • Support the integration of Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems (eg, ERP, BI tools).
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for end users.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle EPM suite, including Planning, HFM, Essbase, and Financial Consolidation.
  • Experience in full EPM life cycle, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and planning within an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in system integration and data migration within the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, deliver on-time solutions, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a regulated or large enterprise environment is desirable.

Desirable Skills:

  • Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
  • Certifications in Oracle EPM or related financial software tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Additional Information:

  • The role is Inside IR35 and open to candidates with relevant experience.
  • Flexible working options are available, but the candidate should be open to occasional travel if required by the project.
