Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Feltham, Middlesex
Work Mode: Mostly Remote with Occasional Client Visits
Job Type: Contract (6 months with Potential Extension)
Security Clearance: SC Clearance Required

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee IT service delivery to our valued clients. As the primary point of contact for service-related matters, you will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, meet client expectations, and align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive exceptional service delivery and foster continuous improvement. SC Clearance is required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring SLA and performance metric alignment.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as their advocate.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Lead technical teams and optimize resource management.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Prepare detailed service performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Proficient in managing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
  • Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
  • Experience in IT services, networking, or telecommunications industries.
  • Familiarity with service delivery in hybrid or cloud environments.
