Compliance Specialist - (Risk Management)

Contract - 6 months

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to foster a strong culture of compliance and risk management. You will manage the Beacon training and compliance program, ensuring adherence to competition laws and developing governance frameworks. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance behaviours and support key workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Beacon Training and Compliance program.
  • Ensure compliance with competition law and information-sharing protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to stakeholders.
  • Support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Counsel in enhancing governance frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and compliance teams.
  • Create and maintain a reporting suite for management updates.
  • Manage risk management initiatives specific to the Beacon program.

The successful Compliance Specialist will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Governance and Compliance roles.
  • Proven ability to create and drive compliance programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and other platforms.
  • Relevant industry certification is a plus.
