Change Analyst

Up to £55,000 + 10% bonus

Hybrid - 3x days per week in High Wycombe office

We are looking for an engaging Change Analyst to join a supply chain and service organisation at the start of a huge period of growth. This is an exciting organisation and a great opportunity to get involved in large amounts of tech transformations.

Within this role, you will support the implementation of change initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities to facilitate the successful adoption of changes within the organisation. You will assist in gathering and organising stakeholder information, and coordinate and deliver training sessions.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in a change focused role
• Proven exposure on IT and Tech transformations
• Experience supplying and delivering learning and development materials
