Job Title: Process Improvement Lead
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

About the Role:
Stanton House are working with a Real Estate business who are on the look out for an experienced and driven Process Improvement Lead to join their dynamic team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement strategic process improvements across our operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across various business functions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized workflows.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to recommend and execute operational improvements.
  • Monitor and measure the success of process changes, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver tangible benefits.
  • Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure ongoing process adherence and improvement culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a process improvement or operational excellence role.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to drive cultural change within an organization.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools (eg, Visio, Power BI, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
