Job Description

The Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) Group is an independent oversight function responsible for planning and executing testing and monitoring activities. These activities assess whether the processes and controls supporting the compliance framework are designed and operating effectively. The CMT Group collaborates with members of Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions to execute its mandate.

• Plan and execute compliance testing and monitoring activities.
• Assess the effectiveness of compliance processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions.
• Provide independent oversight of compliance-related activities.

• Experience in compliance and audit.
• Knowledge of crypto assets.
• Familiarity with Markets in Crypto-Assets (MICA) regulation.
• Understanding of Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
