Senior Service Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Service Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a robust service strategy for all IT services.
  • Introduce, train, and enforce best practices in service management, including ITIL frameworks.
  • Define and implement service management and service continuity management processes.
  • Maintain and enhance the service catalogue, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Define and deliver training on ServiceNow usage.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by defining and monitoring service levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Higher vocational education or university degree in (business) informatics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT service management (ITIL).
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a significant advantage.
  • Broad understanding of IT and basic business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Fluency in German and good English language skills.
