My client, a leading digital marketing technology and services provider in the financial services industry, is seeking talented Mid-level Full Stack .NET Developers to join their dynamic and diverse development team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will design, maintain, and code new features, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to deliver secure, scalable, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences for clients. My client is offering a salary of up to £65,000 Dependent on experience and this role a REMOTE opportunity with occasional site travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing code to improve system performance.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficient in ASP.NET MVC for web application development.
  • Strong programming skills in C# or VB.NET.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database design.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web standards: HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex challenges.
  • A desire to create clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Beneficial Skills

  • Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks.
  • JavaScript knowledge, including modern frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with .NET Core.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of defensive coding practices.
  • Experience in working with large datasets.
  • Ability to write scalable code for high-performance applications.
