We are seeking a junior developer with a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and develop technical skills. As a junior developer, you will gain expertise in the technologies used within our platform and become familiar with its configuration, administration, security, and general usage. Additionally, you will provide second-line support for the platform, assisting users and troubleshooting issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with end-users to gather information and provide feedback.
• Investigating bugs and implementing fixes across the full application stack (Front End, Back End, and database).
• Escalating complex bugs to senior team members.
• Taking responsibility for smaller projects with guidance and supervision from senior developers.
• Creating documentation for new and existing features when necessary.
• Providing training to users, including presenting to project stakeholders.
