Position Overview:
Are you adept at working with Product/Services and Commercial teams in the B2B tech sector to translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions, sales enablement collateral and website copy?
At Advania UK we are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing specialist for this contract role which runs to the end of 2025.
You will be used to working across multiple solutions or services propositions and ideally have experience of navigating change in such a role, such as through mergers and acquisitions.
This role involves managing external agencies and collaborating with colleagues cross-functionally to determine Advania's competitive positioning and messaging following recent acquisitions as well as refresh assets and collateral to support cross-selling and upselling.
Responsibilities:
Support Cross-Sell Initiatives: Develop webinars, campaigns, and content to integrate the offerings of two acquired businesses.
Create and Manage Sales Enablement Materials: Develop and oversee tools including battlecards, objection-handling guides, slide decks, and information sheets.
Manage External Agencies: Collaborate on the development of messaging, branding, and value propositions.
Conduct Competitor Research and Client Insight Analysis: Validate Advania's positioning and enhance its go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Collaborate with Cross-Sell and GTM Workstreams: Align marketing, sales, and product efforts to ensure coherent strategies.
Establish and Document Best Practices: Create guidelines for integrating product marketing strategies in future acquisitions.
Establish Feedback Loops: Work with sales teams to refine messaging and product positioning based on customer insights.
Case Studies: support the planning and creation of client success stories across the integrated businesses to highlight Advania's expanded capabilities and market differentiation.
Propose Cross-Regional Collaboration Strategies: Ensure marketing consistency across Advania's Nordic and UK markets. Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within IT services.
GTM Strategies: Strong ability to develop go-to-market strategies and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Sales Enablement: Expertise in creating compelling sales enablement tools and materials.
Competitive Analysis and Customer Insights: Demonstrated experience in these areas.
M&A Integration: Prior involvement in mergers and acquisitions integration projects is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. #LI-Hybrid,
The budgeted remuneration for this role is between £600 - £700 Day Rate
