Required for a six-month initial contract - fully remote - a lightweight missile ballistics expert to support cross-functional teams combining theoretical work with practical testing.

Required experience:

• Lightweight missiles.
• Performance optimisation:projectile muzzle velocity and pressure upon projectile and barrel.
• Design and dimensioning of propellant charges.
• Determining launch loads.
• Flow and thermal analyses.
• Recoil dynamics.
• Sound pressure.

The work tasks will involve producing decision-making materials to support the development of performance, functionality, and safety from an internal ballistics perspective.
