Location: Peterborough (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Contract Type: Temporary (9 months)

About the Role:

This role is part of a significant system implementation project, now entering its final stages. The big go-live is scheduled for July, and the team needs additional support to ensure all processes are reviewed and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on regulatory activities related to the project.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance issues.
  • Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.

This is a critical role within a team managing a high workload. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues and bring expertise to help navigate the complexities of compliance in a regulated environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Regulated experience in financial services: lending houses, brokers, or similar institutions.
  • The ability to hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
  • A broad skill set from working in compliance teams, with experience in advising, reviewing, and risk assessment.
