Mobile Device Specialist x 2

The Role:

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Apple iPhone and Android products you will work as part of a team supporting iOS and Android across a varied estate. The primary tool for managing the mobile devices is Omnissa Workspace ONE.

The role is varied; you will be expected to liaise with the downstream support teams (Service Desk, Second Line Support) and lead on such areas as OS updates, software deployments, security updates etc. In addition, there will be specific project work to undertake - implementing/integrating Unified Endpoint Management solutions, cyber solutions, hardware refreshes etc.

Requirements:

The following skills/experiences are required for the role:

  • Advanced Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems
  • Varied knowledge of Front End desktop support, Back End infrastructure support, systems management and project management with well-rounded appreciation of enterprise systems and architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Omnissa Workspace ONE
  • Proven experience and knowledge of managing mobile products
  • Experience of managing large-scale, enterprise environments using Workspace ONE
  • Ability to independently solve and troubleshoot technical issues

This is also an admin role so will require SC Clearance.
