Operations Team Leader/Underwriting/Support/Insurance

As Operations Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a dedicated team, supporting the Underwriting Operations department. Our client is at the forefront of the industry, focusing on innovation and efficiency in operations. Day-to-day duties:

  • Provide strategic guidance to your team, supporting other departments by collaborating.
  • Identify process improvements, implementing and maintaining efficiencies.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal queries and task delegation, providing team goals.
  • Problem solving and providing creative solutions to development needs.

Required skills & experience:

  • 3+ years experience within the insurance sector with a focus on Underwriting
  • Experience in a team leading/management role
  • Strong supervisory and workflow management experience.
  • Ability to analyse data trends and innovate processes.
