We are seeking a highly experienced Lead FrontEnd Vue Developer with a strong technical background and leadership experience to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and actively contribute to the development of our gaming platform.

• Lead the Front End development team, providing guidance and mentoring to other developers.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, Back End developers, and project managers.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance Front End features.
• Utilise your expertise with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS to create fast and responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in paired programming sessions as part of the team's development workflow.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code standards are met.
• Collaborate in a 3-stage process as part of the recruitment and project setup.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar Front End role.
• Significant hands-on experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong understanding of Front End development best practices and responsive UI/UX principles.
• Willingness to participate in paired programming as part of the team's workflow.
• Experience in the gaming industry, or a strong interest in gaming, is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
