We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Expert to support a critical SAP S/4HANA conversion project. This role involves ensuring the accurate migration of HCM and Business Partner data from ECC and SuccessFactors to S/4HANA, optimizing data integration, and supporting the client's logistics processes.

The task will be to validate converted HCM and Business Partner data to ensure S/4HANA functionality, focusing on minimal, relevant data transfer in compliance with licensing rules. Configure and optimize the SuccessFactors to S/4HANA integration, ensuring seamless data synchronization without historical data and resolving existing transfer failures. Set up processes for Employee Business Partner creation and updates based on SuccessFactors data. Support logistics processes that use HCM data, including employee travel expenses, SD document contacts, and inputs for time sheets, quality management, and production. Identify and resolve integration issues while implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.

Skills and experience needed

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM and Business Partner data models, with strong knowledge of ECC to S/4HANA migration.

- Experience with SuccessFactors integration and troubleshooting data transfer issues.

- Proven ability to manage complex data models and align with logistics and licensing needs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
