* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Technical Support: Deliver on-site and remote support to resolve client issues effectively.
* Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for completed projects and provide end-users with basic system training.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrable experience in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems.
* Comprehensive understanding of AV hardware, software, and integration processes.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Valid UK driving license is essential.
