A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Lead Contract Support to join their growing team, to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with stringent contractual KPIs and SLAs.
The Role
As the Lead Contract Support, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the Contract Support team.
* To take responsibility for the management and monitoring of reactive, remedial and PPM jobs logged.
* Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the team in a timely manner to meet internal and customer deadlines.
* Attending Meetings, Looking at Financial Performance, Invoicing, Customer Service, Helpdesk.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Helpdesk Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* Experience in a Lead Contract Support role
* Knowledge of the FM sector
* Experience in logging and coordinating PPM and reactive FM works
* Understanding of KPI & SLA management
