Qualifications:
You Have:
10+ years of experience in Linux system administration and engineering, with a deep understanding of Linux operating systems, including CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu
Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining workstations in a Linux environment
Experience with automation tools, including Ansible for configuration management and deployment
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining system integrity along with implementing operating system updates and vulnerability patches to improve reliability and performance
Experience with a project ticketing system like Jira or Serena for task tracking, issue resolution, and change management
Ability to adapt solutions to meet evolving or new requirements.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS Diploma or GED
DoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience creating Linux-based solutions for customer requirements
Experience supporting U.S. government customers, preferably within the U.S. Intelligence Community
Experience with Linux scripting languages
Knowledge of network concepts and switch/firewall configurations
Bachelor’s degree
RedHat Linux Certification
Willingness to travel 25-30%
