The Business Change Lead will be instrumental in driving forward key technological advancements within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. They will be responsible for helping to deliver strategic change initiatives, lead on impact assessments, and be the support to and conduit between Business Change, Programme Managers, IT and Business.

Description
- Manage and deliver large-scale strategic change initiatives.
- Helping to deliver strategic change initiatives, lead on impact assessments, and be the support to and conduit between Business Change, Programme Managers, IT and Business.
- Drive technological advancements within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Leading colleagues through Change processes.
- Manage small-change projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- Deliver communications, engagement activities and strategies.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels.
Profile
A successful Business Change Lead should have:
- Proven experience in managing change initiatives in large organisations.
- Strong experience in complex environments with high levels of ambiguity.
- Has successfully implemented business change, especially embedding and driving culture and behaviours.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes.
- Be the support to and conduit between Business Change, Programme Managers, IT and Business; Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and communicate complex technical information effectively and accessibly.
- Qualifications in/familiarity/experience with PROSCI/ADKAR.

- An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
