Incident Manager - ITIL - Leading European Insitution

Our customer is seeking a passionate and experienced Incident Manager to join the team in Strasbourg, France. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations for our clients, while leading a team of dedicated engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As an Incident Manager, you will oversee the entire incident management process, ensuring that any technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to minimise impact on our business and clients. You will lead technical troubleshooting efforts, coordinate teams, and play a key role in restoring services promptly. Additionally, you will conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and contribute to ongoing improvements in our processes.

We're looking for someone with proven experience as an Incident Manager in medium to large-scale operational environments. You should have a strong grasp of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ITIL methodologies, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you'll need to manage high-pressure situations effectively. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French would be a plus. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management methodologies is also desirable.
