Our Client is looking for highly skilled IT Analyst to join the journey working on an exciting and long term project based Across Nordic's. If you're passionate about analysing business needs, collaborating with users, and ensuring smooth IT solutions, With up to 50% remote work flexibility, this Full time role offers the chance to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

On Your Day-to-Day:

• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team
• Be responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement
• Providing insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Must Haves:

• Experience in IT analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies
• Must Be a European National
