1st Line Support Analyst - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team in Plymouth on a permanent basis.

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, as well as a brilliant benefits package including fully funded training and industry-recognised certifications, 28 days Holiday (including Bank Holidays), rising one day per year after five years of service, paid overtime, regular social events paid for by the company and hybrid working (after three to six months).

  • Windows 11
  • Office 365
  • Setting up users
  • Resetting passwords
  • Access Management
  • Support of PC's, laptops, tablets, printers and phones
