Are you a Technology professional with the ability to communicate across every stakeholder in a European business with a smile and a helpful nature.
You will be accountable for all IT hardware and software, desk phones and phone system, iPads and iPhones, Laptop base builds, rebuild and a 3-year replacement cycle. Resolution of all IT queries and escalation when necessary. Enabling the business to work without interruption – including maximum up time for all critical applications, systems and servers. Assist in the rollout of in essential maintenance and wider projects.

Key accountabilities must include:
Qualified to A level or equivalent in an IT related discipline
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
Understanding of ITIL methodology
Interest and understanding of Microsoft desktop environment
Exposure to Windows Operating Systems
Troubleshooting MS Office Application Suite
Logical problem-solving strategies
Good communicator written/verbal and good interpersonal skills
Experience in first line IT Support
Remote control applications such as Team Viewer and RDP
MS Exchange 365 and MS Teams
Xerox print solutions - including replacing consumables
MS Server Operating System experience
Hardware – ability to open a computer and confidently identify components
Active Directory and Group Policy
Understanding of Power Shell
Image deployment – using Paragon or equivalent image softwareMimecast
VOIP telephony
IVR telephony structure
Datto backup
Sophos or other cloud-based antivirus solutions
