Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient administrator to join our HR department. The primary responsibility of this role is to digitally scan approximately 1250 paper personnel files, which include documents of both active and inactive employees, and update them into electronic versions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately scan and digitise paper personnel files.
* Ensure all scanned documents are correctly saved onto shared files.
* Perform routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices.
* Work under regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Utilize basic IT skills to manage and organize digital files.
Requirements:
* No prior HR experience required.
* Ability to work accurately, logically, and efficiently.
* Basic IT literacy is essential.
* Ability to follow instructions, guidance, and direction from others.
* Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus.
* Familiarity with document scanning and digital file management.
