- Lead the strategic planning process and develop robust business plans.
- Oversee the implementation of business plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and objectives.
- Analyse performance data and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology Department.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their planning activities.
- Ensure the compliance of plans with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in relevant committees and working groups as a representative of the Technology Department

Profile

• A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and implementation.
• Proficiency in using planning tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
