This role focuses on the functional design aspects of SAP ERP technologies, including SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and SuccessFactors EC, with a particular emphasis on system integrations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Design Workshop Leadership: Proven experience in facilitating and managing design workshops, gathering requirements, and engaging stakeholders to guide the design process effectively.

• SuccessFactors EC Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) within the SAP SuccessFactors suite, with an understanding of how it integrates with other systems.

• CPI Integration Design: Experience in designing Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions, especially for integrating SuccessFactors with other systems. Experience with payroll integration is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent Communication (English): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

• Client Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and engaging with client stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project life cycle.

• Organizational and Action-Oriented: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a focus on tracking project deliverables and summarizing key action items and outcomes from workshops for clarity and accountability.

• Collaborative Team Player: A strong team-oriented mindset, working effectively with both internal and external teams to achieve project success.
