IT Support Specialist (Permanent, Onsite)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support, addressing hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
• Deliver prompt and effective assistance to end-users through calls, tickets, and direct interaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and requests in the Service Now ticketing system.
• Create, maintain, and use knowledge base articles to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Languages: Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Experience: Experience in a similar IT support role.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer orientation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks independently.
• A team player with a supportive and collaborative attitude.
• Experience in regulated IT environments (eg, GxP) is an advantage.
• Additional Requirement: A criminal record certificate not older than three months is mandatory.
