PM Planner

10 months (+ potential to extend)

Hybrid (2 days per week from Warwick/Wokingham location)

We are currently seeking a skilled PM Planner for a contract position within the Utilities industry.

As the PM Planner, you will play a vital role in leading the project and portfolio planning for Transformation and Migration programmes under the Data Digital and Technology tower. This role will ensure a smooth transition to a new organisation and introduce new capabilities to enable our digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create project plans, enforce deadlines, and track completion of tasks, including TSA Exit Plans.
  • Manage and maintain plans, track progress, and report on project status.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure governance and reporting consistency.
  • Work with DD&T PMO to align on current state and issues resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal counterparts for divestment and establishment of standalone ERP system.
  • Drive RAID conversations and maintain relationships with programme leadership.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry certification (eg, Agile PM certification, SAFe practitioner) preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to deliver in an Agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills.
