bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SuccessFactors Integration Lead to support with a global SuccessFactors implementation with a global company.

Job Role Details:

• Work on the SuccessFactors implementation as the SuccessFactors Integration Lead.
• Support scoping and design as well as build, test, and deploy.
• Lead integrations workshops with internal teams.
• Travel as required to customer sites in the UK and internationally.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure the solution is correctly designed as per the requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience as an Integration Lead.
• Experience on SuccessFactors programmes.
• Experience with Mulesoft.
• Excellent stakeholder management and must be able to effectively lead workshops with international teams.
