For an international company in Brussels we are looking for an SAP consultant with extensive experience in SAP Security and License Management.

Brussels 2-3 days at the office

We have an exciting 4-5 month with chance of extension project in Brussels starting mid-January, focusing on optimizing SAP license usage while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit & Analysis:

   • Conduct a comprehensive review of SAP user roles, access patterns, and license allocation.
   • Identify redundant, misaligned, or inactive roles to optimize resource usage.

2. Role Optimization:

   • Redesign and streamline SAP user roles based on actual operational needs and compliance requirements.
   • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and licensing policies.

3. License Simulation:

   • Utilize SAP tools to simulate required licenses based on optimized roles and projected business needs.
   • Provide data-driven recommendations to reduce licensing costs.

4. Implementation & Validation:

   • Implement changes to SAP user roles and access permissions.
   • Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure seamless business operations during the transition.

5. Establish License Management Framework:

   • Develop processes for regular access reviews and license monitoring.
   • Implement governance structures to maintain ongoing compliance and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Security and Authorizations Consultant (minimum 8 years).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP licensing, including tools like SLAW (SAP License Administration Workbench) and LAW 2.0.
• Expertise in role redesign, license optimization, and compliance management.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Security or System Architecture.
• Prior experience in developing governance frameworks and processes for license management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or similar tools.

Contract Details:

• Location: Brussels (on-site).
• Duration: 4-5 months, full-time.
• Start Date: Expected no earlier than 15th January.
