Senior Bid Manager

Location: Woking or Romsey (2 days a week on-site)

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 plus up to 15% bonus and excellent benefits

One of our established clients are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join them on a permanent basis

Founded over 70 years ago, they're a British centre of excellence for world-class innovation and engineering. They're expertise in Defence but as the decades of innovation have rolled on they expanded into the National Security and Public Sector.

Their innovations can be found all over the world. From computer vision that powered the world's first autonomous landing of a drone at sea; to AI systems that drastically reduce aircraft turnaround times

As Senior Bid Manager you will lead the bid team and play a part in the growth strategy by retaining and winning new business. This will involve supplying technology, expertise and consultancy services to a variety of customers across the public and private sector. You'll be managing bids through the entire life cycle including; corporate governance gates, win theme development, bid strategy, pricing, partnering/teaming, competitive analysis, solution development and colour team reviews.

They are looking for you to have experience in the following:

• Experience in U.K. Government procurement and Framework bidding would be an advantage
• Experience of working in a Defence or National Security field.
• Substantial Bid/Proposal management experience
• Experience of leading a portfolio of bids and lead Bid Teams
