Role: Java Developer

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000

We have partnered with an international leader in the development of innovative and specialised software solutions for aviation, civil infrastructure, and transportation. They are undergoing continuous growth and innovation and are expanding their development team. I am looking to speak with full-stack developers who are passionate about working on cutting-edge software, and who have experience in Java application development, large desktop applications, and critical operational software.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Java-based software development.
• Proven track record in building large-scale desktop and Client Server applications.
• Hands-on experience developing high-availability software systems.
• Strong background in end-to-end testing, including unit testing and debugging.
• Proficient in designing and troubleshooting multi-threaded applications, and working with Java networking (TCP/UDP, web services, messaging protocols).

This role is ideal for developers who are comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with at least 2 days per week in the office in Brussels, Belgium.
