We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS) Functional Architect to join them on a major utilities project that's based in Hatfield.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS) Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 implementation experience and a strong background in Customer Cloud Services (CCS ) implementation project.

Responsibilities:

1. Functional Design and Configuration:
• Functional Design of business processes and configure the system as per the design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of CCS features.
2. Solution Design:
• Participate in client requirement workshops to understand business needs.
• Drive the solution design process, aligning technical solutions with client expectations.
3. Documentation:
• Prepare comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
• Ensure clear communication of design decisions and implementation details.
4. Implementation and Testing:
• Experience to Implement CCS features.
• Conduct testing to validate functionality and adherence to requirements.
• Experience in CCS application testing.
• Expertise is Test plan, Test case design, Test execution, Requirement Analysis.
5. Integration:
• Create Real Time interfaces with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

Proven experience with Oracle CCS

• Solid understanding of, and detailed experience with, Oracle platform and best practices
• Comprehensive skills within Oracle Data Tools such as Data Loader and Import
• Prior experience in configuration and process automation.
• Strong functional skills in CCS features and business processes.
• Proven experience Integrating Oracle CCS with other applications via Real Time, batch, sync/async.
• Operating knowledge of complete Software Development Lifecycle including Release Management Testing and Deployment.
• Oracle certifications
• Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery experience
• Clear & confident technical communication skills
