Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 starting base salary

Bonus: Up to 15% discretionary team bonus

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technological innovation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, and delivering robust, scalable solutions that align with the company's values. You'll also drive team integration, champion continuous improvement, and actively contribute to shaping the company's IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect solutions that optimise performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and collaborative sessions.
• Oversee design documentation, coding standards, and solution implementation.
• Support team members in fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in architectural frameworks (eg, TOGAF), cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), and DevOps.
• Demonstrated history of successful solution design and implementation.
• Leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
