DevOps Tech Lead - CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure, Python

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Eindhoven

Contract Duration: 12 Months

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to drive CI/CD excellence, manage technical delivery, and guide a team of engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
• Utilize Python for automation and Scripting tasks.
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.
• Champion Agile methodologies and contribute to Scrum ceremonies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Team Lead/Tech Lead role.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure) and automation with Python.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Scrum Master experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
