I am looking for an Inventory Planner for a large Retail client in Amsterdam (only applicants in Netherlands) ASAP!

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, supply, or production planning.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations.
• Understanding of omnichannel business (wholesale, digital, retail).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Meticulous nature with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and self-led mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly forecasting of buy volumes to maximise demand fulfilment while minimising excess.
• Analysing current inventory levels against customer order books to execute purchases.
• Creating and adjusting purchase requisitions as required.
• Following up on production with Global and Factory Liaison offices to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicating risks related to On Time Delivery and Order Fulfilment to relevant stakeholders and maintaining optimal inventory levels through smart buy plans and collaborative liquidation actions.
