Senior UX Designer - Birmingham - to £60k + Benefits

Here's an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading financial providers as they develop a revolutionary new lending platform, they're seeking a proven Senior UX Designer to join the team!

You'll play a critical role in driving and delivering innovative digital services to the financial market, working closely with insight teams to design and develop exceptional customer experiences.

You'll carry out user research, interviews, usability tests, research and surveys to gather critical user information, create journey maps and develop cutting edge innovative UX to support these ongoing projects.

A technical background in HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe CC would be invaluable, as would previous demonstrable high quality UX design work. Further financial experience would be even better!

Skills Overview:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer - ideally to a senior level
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe CC/Creative Cloud
  • Confident gathering user data and using that insight to effect meaningful UX changes
  • Ideally some knowledge of the financial sector (though not critical!)
