Job Summary: The Kronos/UKG Workforce Management Product Owner serves as the business technical expert for the UKG Pro Workforce Management system (formerly Kronos Dimensions). This role ensures business requirements align with system design, configuration, and processes, driving successful project delivery. The Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders and other Product Owners to ensure designs are futureproof and integrated across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure integrated solutions across workstreams.
• Manage requirements, system documentation, testing, and process design.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and integration with other systems.
• Guide the resolution of complex technical challenges, offering expertise and support.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
