As a Data Planner, you will be at the forefront of this groundbreaking project, playing a vital role in building the linguistic foundation for an AI platform that will redefine how the telecom industry operates. This is your chance to shape the future of AI in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage large-scale, multi-lingual linguistic datasets for AI model training.
- Develop and implement data collection methods, including crowdsourcing and web scraping.
- Apply advanced annotation techniques (eg, sentiment analysis, dialogue acts).
- Perform in-depth linguistic and statistical analysis to optimize AI communication.
- Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate linguistic insights into AI systems.
- Ensure data practices align with ethical standards, maintaining fairness and minimizing bias.
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential:
- A Master's degree or higher in Linguistics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in NLP, computational linguistics, or data analysis.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale datasets and familiarity with current NLP technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data tools (JSON, XML, SQL).
- Desirable:
- Experience with global, multi-language AI projects.
- Skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Work Arrangement:
The role is office-based, 5 days a week, for the first six months, located in Central London.
