Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS) Implementation Specialist

• Fully Remote

We are seeking an Oracle CCS Implementation Specialist with 2-3+ years of experience to lead end-to-end implementation projects. This fully remote, 6-month contract offers the opportunity to work on impactful Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Oracle CCS to align with business processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and create solution designs.
• Develop comprehensive functional/technical documentation.
• Implement CCS features, conduct testing, and validate functionality.
• Design and build integrations with third-party applications.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven Oracle CCS implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of CCS features, configurations, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Oracle Data Tools (eg, Data Loader).
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Oracle certifications (desirable).
• Experience with SOA, batch integration, and Agile/SCRUM (preferred).
