As a Business Analyst working within the R&D team you'll bring your expertise in business analysis to drive key digital health initiatives within R&D. You'll have a hands-on approach to shaping critical data-focused projects that have a significant impact on the business.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritise the most impactful technology solutions to achieve strategic business goals. This includes developing compelling business cases for emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and define business requirements, identifying areas for enhancement. You'll actively research and propose innovative solutions that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Choose the appropriate analytical approaches for projects, manage your workload effectively, and ensure high-quality outputs from yourself and the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies to their specific needs and levels of influence.
  • Work with business teams to uncover functional and technical needs, translating these into design specifications that align with user experience and business processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions deliver the anticipated benefits.
  • Develop detailed business cases, clearly articulating the rationale for investment and demonstrating expected returns and value realization.
Skills and Experience:
  • Expertise in applying business analysis tools and methodologies to drive business transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including creating user stories and leveraging tools like JIRA.
  • A track record of working with complex, integrated systems and delivering exceptional results through strategic and creative thinking.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing relationships with external suppliers or vendors.
