The Workplace Solutions Lead has the accountability for defining and delivering IT Workplace solutions and architecture roadmaps and strategy for End User Compute and our Microsoft product stack
As a Workplace Solution Lead it is essential you have the following skills:
- Provide input into the strategy and roadmap, including alignment to Microsoft's and other relevant vendors support and product roadmaps, as well as to emerging employee use cases
- Responsible for the application life cycle for the current and future application portfolio with the Microsoft 365 application stack
- Consistently determine how to maximise business value from our End User Compute Estate
- Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements of the EUC product sets
- Manage product dependencies and identify opportunities to streamline processes, identifying new use cases for existing technology capabilities to maximise benefit realisation of licensed stack and enrich the user experience
- Empower and create self-driven learning opportunities for end users to enable digital transitions
- Support and contribute to the co-creation of the Modern Workplace strategy to align with business strategic goals and ambitions towards an outperformance culture and people strategy
- Measure success through end user feedback and analyse opportunities for growth, improvement, and user satisfaction
- Propose and present plans which incorporate training for new and existing employees and communication roadmaps including training and user guidance
- Work with the business to capture requirements and translate into functional requirements of Modern Workplace tools and systems whilst working to budgets, timelines, and technical restrictions
- Customise platforms to meet requirements for continuous improvement to drive outperform culture and best in class technical experiences for users
- Incorporate key business drivers, strategy and diversity and inclusion
- Drive adoption of EUC technologies and tools across all business functions
As a Workplace Solution Lead is is essential you have the following skills:
- Considerable experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and other Microsoft product stack technologies
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience creating technology roadmaps and considering business requirements
- Experience of driving technology change and adoption, and reporting on workplace technology adoption
- Microsoft 365 full stack management expertise: Management tools, techniques, monitoring and integration
- Experience with configuration management, identity and access management, Active Directory, collaboration platforms and other M365 based services
- Experience with a continuous engineering/DevOps or other agile methods to keep pace with frequent changes and to reduce complexity
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation
- Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to Microsoft 365
