Job Title: Appointment Setter/Lead Generation Specialist

Package: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Salary: Upto £30k

Location: Onsite - Nottingham

We are working with a. business at the forefront of innovation in the Hardware, IoT, and Smart buildings, Their cutting-edge solutions are transforming the way businesses operate, and they are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter/Lead Generation Specialist to help us expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in Hardware, IoT, or Embedded Systems. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the Hardware, IoT, and Embedded Systems markets.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably in the Hardware, IoT, or Embedded industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
