User Researcher

What you'll need to succeed

• Our client is looking for an experienced User Researcher to join the organisation on a number of exciting and current projects.
• Understanding and experience of using a wide range of user research methods, knowing when to use them and how to apply them correctly
• Experience of applying a range of techniques for analysis of research data and synthesis of clear findings that colleagues can understand and use
• Ability to present research findings in compelling and innovative ways, making recommendations based on sound analysis, in line with the government Service Standard
• Ability to make recommendations to senior stakeholders in an accessible and engaging way
• Ability to advocate proactively for the user, and to communicate the value of user-centred design principles to colleagues outside of Digital or Agile contexts
• Experience of working with colleagues to plan and do continuous user research in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience of working in sensitive project spaces
