Integration Architect - HR transformation (Workday)

12-month FTC (possible extension)

My client, one of the UK's premier companies, is embarking on a company-wide overhaul of its systems, with a massive Workday HRIS transformation at the heart of it. They are looking for a broad integration architect with particular strengths in the HR function, HRIS, and Workday to join the team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the technology solutions for the HR Transformation project across multiple domains, such as applications, integration, and data.

Key skills:

  • Owning the design of various applications and integration-focused solutions across the workday implementation.
  • Stakeholder engagement is needed regarding business needs and requirements for the HRIS & Payroll system.
  • Designing the integration services between HRIS & Payroll and existing systems.
  • Designing data architecture solutions for efficient HR data processing.
  • Ensure the solutions align with the IT Governance Framework.

Experience Required:

  • Experienced Solution Architect with a broad, general skill set encompassing applications, integration, and data.
  • Previous experience in working with large-scale HR transformation projects, ideally Workday
