I am working with a global organisation who are currently looking for a Workday Compensation and Benefits Consultant to help implement a company wide Job Catalogue.

This is a great opportunity to join a client as they kick of their greenfield Workday implementation with an exciting role to broaden your experience.

This is a 12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent.

Fully Remote- However you must be based in Europe

Salary - up to €80,000 + benefits.

You must have 5 years experience in the following areas.

1. Job catalogue architecture and design
2. Global compensation policies
3. Job evaluation and benchmarking
4. Salary banding

If you have experience with Aon's job catalogue and grading methodology this is a bonus.
