Audio Visual Systems Analyst, Global Law Firm, London
3,000 user international law firm seeking an Audio-Visual Systems Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and enhancement of their global audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing technologies.
About the Role
Working within a globally distributed team and based in the new London head office, you will provide advanced technical support to users worldwide. Collaborating across regions and time zones, you will address technical challenges and work with 1st and 3rd line support teams to ensure resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Global AV Support: Maintain and enhance meeting room technologies, including hardware (eg, Yealink, Polycom) and software (eg, Teams, Zoom, Webex). Propose and implement system upgrades to improve the user experience.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical issues, identify recurring problems, and deliver long-term solutions.
- System Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance, develop checklists, and assist with system testing, implementation, and upgrades.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years' Audio-Visual experience in a professional services environment, with expertise in meeting and conferencing technologies (eg, Polycom, Crestron, Teams).
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience supporting remote access systems.
